I'm Puja Gurung, a CPD Accredited Virtual Assistant & Zapier Solution Partner based in Kent, also known as Garden of England. Yes, it's lovely here.
Before Flow VA, I worked in environments where things break, deadlines don't negotiate, and "I'll sort it later" simply isn't an option you're given.
I've trained teams and helped launch a Dark Kitchen site from the ground up. Turning new-site chaos into something structured, safe, and workable. I then spent years in a high-volume robotic fulfilment environment where accuracy was non-negotiable and operational problems had a firm expectation of being solved immediately. I became the person who fixed things. Process gaps, system errors, inefficiencies everyone had accepted as "just how it is." Not on my watch.
I also worked as a Language Ambassador. Formally bridging communication across English, Nepali, Hindi, and Spanish between HR, management, and frontline staff. Because what gets lost between those three groups, without someone building a proper bridge, is usually everything that matters.
Most business problems aren't complicated. They're just undocumented, unstructured, or waiting for someone to notice them.
Spoiler alert: I notice them.
I know what it feels like to carry too much and keep showing up anyway. When the small details pile up, they don't just drain your time. They drain your spirit and develop dark circles under your eyes.

I know what it feels like to carry too much and keep showing up anyway. When the small details pile up, they don't just drain your time. They drain your spirit and develop dark circles under your eyes.
I've also worked in environments not built with everyone in mind. Processes designed by people who never had to use them. Systems that assumed you'd just adapt. I've seen what happens when there's no proper bridge between people. So, I built one. Repeatedly. In four languages.
What I noticed across every environment I worked in was the same thing: people don't struggle because they lack capability. They struggle because the systems around them don't work for them.
I developed ZEN mode through all of it. It took time. It was not free. It absolutely required paying my bills to maintain it.
Flow VA exists for business owners brilliant at what they do but buried in the admin surrounding it. For neurodivergent entrepreneurs who deserve systems that work with their brain, not against it. For anyone who needs someone reliable in their corner doing the unglamorous work properly, without judgment, without fuss, and without unsolicited advice about their productivity habits.
Good systems are an act of respect. For your time, your energy, and the way your brain works.
No shortcuts. No fluff. Just honest, structured support with the occasional sprinkle of sarcasm and humour completely free of charge.
My fidgety hands are ready when you are.
