Who I Am

I'm Puja Gurung, a CPD Accredited Virtual Assistant based in Kent, also known as Garden of England. Yes, it's lovely here.

I spent over 12 years in fast-paced operational environments developing strong organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed while my boss puts me under massive never ending workloads. I also become the person who figured out why things weren't working and fixed them. Documenting processes nobody had written down. Spotting inefficiencies everyone had accepted as "just how it is."

Surprisingly, I developed "ZEN mode" throughout the years because I need to pay my BILLS.

I wanted to use those skills to genuinely help people. Particularly small business owners and neurodivergent entrepreneurs who are brilliant at what they do but need reliable consistent support with the admin side. 

I'm patient, straightforward to work with. Just honest, consistent support with a sprinkle of sarcasm and humour. 

Honestly, I know what it feels like to carry too much. 

Before founding Flow VA, I navigated some of the hardest challenges of my life while still showing up, still pushing forward, still trying to build something meaningful. Nobody saw the behind the scenes. The late nights, the overwhelm, the mental load of keeping everything together while life was doing the most. 

Through that experience I learned one thing clearly. When the small details pile up, they don't just drain your time. They drain your spirit and develop dark circles under your eyes.

I Founded Flow VA for the small business owners who are doing important work but feeling buried under endless admin tasks. For neurodivergent entrepreneurs whose brilliant minds deserve systems that actually work for them. For anyone who just need someone reliable in their corner.
